Pricing Information for Hirers

Coleshill Village Hall offers affordable hire rates for both community groups and private events. Our transparent pricing structure makes it easy to plan your booking, whether you’re arranging a small meeting or a large celebration. Charges vary depending on the day and time, with standard and premium rates clearly shown below. Additional fees may apply for use of certain equipment, the Premises Licence, or security deposits for larger functions. Weekday Hires (Standard)

Fridays from 5pm, Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays (Premium)

Notes

  1. A booking charge of £5 is added to each booking form.

  2. Minimum letting period is 3 hours. Exceptions can be made for regular weekly use.

  3. For Wedding Receptions and other large gatherings both halls need to be booked.

  4. An hourly business rate applies which includes use of the AV screen and Wi-Fi and DVD player in the Small Hall.
